About DACdb

DACdb is a new online club administration package that provides tools such as membership admin linked with Rotary.org, club bulletins, club committees, club and district leadership, attendance, communication tools for email blast, and text blasts to custom member lists. It is FREE for all clubs to use since the District is using the district package. All club Secretaries are urged to join. Training will be provided in person at UNK by DACdb staff.
Our afternoon session will focus on Membership, specifically with emphasis on growing membership through alternative ideas, such as satellite clubs, cause based clubs, alternative meeting days, location, and format. The idea is to share Rotary best practice ideas, and not to revisit previous membership seminars.
WHO is invited? EVERYBODY, specifically, Club Presidents for the entire assembly, Club Secretaries and Treasurers in the morning, and Club Membership committee members in the afternoon.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed for gas with receipts. A Zoom conference call for both sessions will be available for those not able to attend in person.
Lunch will be provided to those attending morning and afternoon sessions on location.
